- State that you are requesting deletion of personal data related to our Facebook page and or content on our website.
Once we receive a valid, verifiable request, we will:
- Verify your identity to prevent unauthorized requests;
- Delete personal data associated with your Facebook account and/or website from our records within 30 days of verification;
- Cease further processing of your personal data in connection with our application; and
- Provide written confirmation when deletion is complete.
Deletion will not apply to data we are legally required to retain (e.g., for security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes) or to data that has been irreversibly anonymized so it can no longer identify you. Where retention is required, we will minimize what is kept and retain it only for the mandated period.
