Registration Confirmation - 2025 Fall Symposium - New “paths and dwelling places

Thank you for your registration to the 2025 Fall Symposium, "New “paths and dwelling places" - The Next Generation of Newman Scholarship”. We have received your registration.

This event will take place on Thursday, 16 October, 2025. The times and details of the lectures may be updated as we get closer to the event, so be sure to check the event landing page periodically. The event will take place at the Gailliot Center for Newman Studies, 211 N. Dithridge St. Pittsburgh, PA 15213, and online via Zoom. A link to the Zoom event will be sent prior to the symposium.

Limited parking is available in the Christian Science parking lot. The entrance is the first drive on the left, before the Giallot Center for Newman Studies.

We handle any personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (collectively, “CCPA”), and other relevant regulations.

This application does not actively collect, store, or process personal user data beyond information provided through your interaction with Facebook and made available to us under Facebook’s data‑sharing policies.

To request deletion of information shared with our app via Facebook:

  1. Email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
  2. Include your full name, your Facebook User ID (or a link to your Facebook profile), and enough information for us to verify your identity and locate any associated data.
  3. State that you are requesting deletion of personal data related to our Facebook page and or content on our website.

Once we receive a valid, verifiable request, we will:

  • Verify your identity to prevent unauthorized requests;
  • Delete personal data associated with your Facebook account and/or website from our records within 30 days of verification;
  • Cease further processing of your personal data in connection with our application; and
  • Provide written confirmation when deletion is complete.

Deletion will not apply to data we are legally required to retain (e.g., for security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes) or to data that has been irreversibly anonymized so it can no longer identify you. Where retention is required, we will minimize what is kept and retain it only for the mandated period.
